Robert Zirnsak has worked in hospitality since the age of 18. After training as a hotel professional, he gained more than 20 years of experience in operational and leadership roles, including Duty Manager, Sales Manager, large-scale event operations, Relief Hotel Manager Europe and five years as a self-employed general manager with full responsibility for a four-star hotel.
